Medium lemon in color, with special aromas of pink and white pepper scattered among the white-fleshed fruit and cherry. Full and ripe in the mouth with balanced acidity, and white-fleshed fruits combined with unripe reds; pink flowers, and a peppery sensation. Try it with pasta and fish filets with butter sauce.
