The Materia Prima store and website www.materiaprima.gr belongs to the sole proprietorship under the name Michael Papatsimbas (VAT: 118078110, email: info@materiaprima.gr, tel: 2109245935) and its use requires compliance with the following conditions:

1. The content of the materiaprima.gr website (texts, images, drawings, videos, graphics) is prohibited to be reproduced, copied or republished without the written consent of its owner.
2. The reproduction or storage of individual pages or data is permitted, with the necessary condition of indicating their origin from www.materiaprima.gr and mentioning the names of the authors (if any) for non-commercial purposes. Certain files or data may be the intellectual property of third parties (partners, organizations, companies, etc.), and their use is not permitted without their permission.
3. All guests must be over 18 years of age or as required by the drinking law in their country of residence.

In order to start the negotiation between us, it is necessary to disclose some of your personal information. To complete the order, you will be asked for your full name, your home address, the address to which you want the products to be shipped, your landline or mobile phone number, your electronic address (e-mail) and for purchases by credit card, your card number and expiration date.

The Michail Papatsimpas company and the online store www.materiaprima.gr  faithfully obeying the principles of personal data protection provided for by Greek and European legislation and the relevant international conventions will not make any unlawful use without your prior approval. The Michael Papatsimpas company in no way discloses, publishes, sells, exchanges your personal information and the information you entrust to us. It is possible that your personal information will be made public, always following the procedure prescribed by law, when this is imposed by a Public Authority, Court, etc.

Users can at any time and if there is a reason to change the personal information they have disclosed to www.materiaprima.gr  (e.g. credit card number).

PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are available:

1. Secure payment with Masterpass.
2. Payment by credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
3. Deposit to bank account (after phone order).
   The deposit must be made within 3 working days of the day of your order. You must fill in your full name and your order number in the reason for deposit. You send us the copy of the bank deposit receipt by e-mail to info@materiaprima.gr and after receiving confirmation of the bank payment order, we send you your order. If the money is not deposited in time, our business transaction ceases to exist without further notice. Also, all bank charges are borne by the sender, otherwise your order cannot be processed.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS

Purchases of products or services made in the materiaprima.gr online store are made in a secure manner through a special Eurobank service. To complete the transaction, you are automatically transferred to a website provided by Eurobank and enter your card details securely. Your card details are encrypted and sent to the bank that issued your card for debit approval. These details are not shared with any third party.

All payments made using a card are processed through Eurobank’s “Eurobank-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

PRICING POLICY

The prices of the products listed in our online store are the final prices (including VAT).

Our online store reserves the right to change prices without notice. The customer always pays the amount indicated on his order, even if the price changes by the date of delivery of the product.

PRODUCT DELIVERY 

The order delivery method is selected by the user when completing the order process. The available methods are: Send by Courier, Pickup from the store.

• To pick up from the store, the user can pick up his order from the physical store of materiaprima.gr at Falirou 68 Street, Koukaki, 11741, Athens. The receipt is preceded by a telephone call or an e-mail message to update the availability of the order. Collection from the store does not incur transport costs. Upon receipt of the order, the user is responsible for checking that the products correspond to his order and to point out, if not, any anomaly. The return of products will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition, with their original packaging.
• The delivery of the products to the user is carried out by a private courier company at the postal address that the user/customer has stated at the stage of the order that he wishes them to be delivered. It is possible, within the Attica basin, that the delivery will be made by materiaprima.gr’s own means (especially in times of limited mobility such as due to covid-19).

SHIPPING METHODS

Domestic shipments
The delivery time of the order is from 1 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order, unless special conditions require more days.

International shipments
Delivery time can reach 2-3 weeks, if this possibility is provided on the website.

Terms of shipments

1. Shipments are made every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
2. Immediate information on shipping costs is provided before completing the payment of the order.
3. Any duties and special taxes imposed by customs authorities in countries outside the European Union are borne by the recipients. The Materia Prima online store cannot always know the amount of these charges.
4. In case of difficulties in the execution of the order (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you in order to confirm to us whether you wish to complete your order.
5. Materia Prima eshop bears no responsibility in case of failure to deliver due to force majeure (natural disasters, war or political unrest, etc.).
6. Shipping costs depend on the total weight and volume of the product, based on the pricing of the (express courier) transport company.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS & POLICY

Our online store allows you to return the products for any reason, which you are not obliged to notify us of. The return must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. Wine products and food are excluded.

For a return to be accepted, the items and their packaging must be in the condition in which you received them.

Merchandise Return Declaration
In case you wish to return the items you received, you should send an e-mail to the email address info@materiaprima.gr describing the return request, the order number, the product code and you will receive our reply immediately.

Return Arrangement Methods
The way to arrange your return is as follows:

After checking the product and finding that it is in the condition in which we delivered it to you, we will inform you by email that the corresponding amount will be credited to your account.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and show no visible signs of use.

On delivery we would recommend a careful inspection of the products, without damaging the packaging, so that the return can be accepted.

You can return your order using any return method you wish.

Return Cost
Our online store is charged with the cost of returning the goods only when:

1. It has been delivered late (except in cases of force majeure). It should be noted that materiaprima.gr will not be held responsible for the consequences due to delivery delay or loss of the parcel by the carrier.
2. It has been delivered with damage or is defective or is not the product mentioned in the user’s order.

The above does not apply to purchases from the physical store. For product returns from purchases made in the physical store, the physical presence of the customer is required. Wine products and food are excluded.
Refunds are made only upon presentation of the receipt, or exchange card and within 15 days from the date of purchase.
The customer is obliged to purchase a product or products of equal or greater value than the product being returned.
The difference is paid in cash or using a credit card and the customer is provided with the legal document describing the exchange of the product with another of equal or greater value.
